Join the Age Friendly Initiative partners and older adults from throughout Miami-Dade County to inform and guide the next 5 years of our work!

We are excited to invite you to a special event focusing on the issues affecting our senior community. Join us for an informative and engaging day where we’ll discuss important topics such as healthcare, mental well-being, and community resources available to you.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, gain valuable insights, and have your questions answered by experts in the field. Refreshments will be provided, and there will be plenty of time for socializing and networking.

During this meeting you will:

• Develop an understanding of the Miami-Dade Age Friendly Initiative and our work for the last 11 years.

• Understand how your voice guides the process and action around developing and implementing age-friendly efforts throughout the County.

• Share your thoughts and ideas about how Miami-Dade can become more age-friendly and cater to YOUR NEEDS!

• Connect to the Initiative, partners, and other older adults that also want to help make a difference!

• Enjoy some fun activities and refreshments with the crew! Bring smiles and let’s center joy!
