THURSDAY: Living & Moving in Miami (& Being Able To Afford It)

South Florida has been labeled the “least affordable region in America.” Our multifaceted transportation and housing challenges threaten to undermine the region’s ability to attract talent, sustain growing tech and entrepreneurial sectors and provide equitable opportunities for most of its residents.

Join AIA Miami and our partners in a conversation with special guest Ismael Guerrero, Director of Denver’s Housing Authority. Ismael will share Denver’s successful housing and transportation development model while engaging the community and its leaders in an exploration of solutions that will lead to a vibrant Miami.
